Dr. Jimmy Kayastha, is a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine and Surgery at Dental Health Solutions Inc., San Francisco, California. He served as the Director for Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency program at the Marshfield Clinic, Wisconsin. He was appointed Adjunct Clinical Faculty at Case Western Reserve University and Miami Valley Hospital, Ohio. He earned his doctorate from Nova Southeastern University, Florida. He completed his General Practice Residency at Miami Valley Hospital and Oral Medicine Residency at Carolinas Medical Center. He then completed a Fellowship from the Cleveland Clinic and Orofacial Pain Fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Maryland and Glasgow Dental Hospital, United Kingdom. He is an internationally recognized speaker has captivated medical and dental professionals worldwide to motivate real change. He has had scientific publications in the Journal American Medical Informatics Association, Journal American Dental Association and Journal of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology, Oral Radiology and Endodontology.

Biography
Professor Dr. G. Dave Singh is a US citizen who was born, educated and trained in England, UK. He graduated with a Degree in Dental Surgery in 1983, which was validated at Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in the US. He obtained his PhD in Craniofacial Development in 1992, and his DDSc in Orthodontics in 2000. Dr Singh is a professor who has authored numerous research papers in medical, dental and orthodontic journals, and has published a book entitled “Epigenetic orthodontics in adultsâ€. Currently, he is President and Chief Medical Officer, Vivos BioTechnologies, Inc. Previously, he was CEO of BioModeling Solutions, Inc. and Director of Continuing Education, SMILE Foundation, USA. He is a member of the World Sleep Society and on the Board of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy. He is also Senior Instructor, International Association for Orthodontics and Academic Fellow, World Federation of Orthodontists. Dr Singh has lectured in North America, Europe, Australia, Africa Asia and South America.

Biography
Dr. Israel Ismaj has been practicing General Dentistry since 1972, and was educated in the UCLA dental program. He is an Active Member of the Academy of Osseointegration, a Member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the San Diego Dental Society. Dr. Ismaj first underwent implant dentistry training in 1985 at the University of Washington in Seattle, which was conducted by Professor Branemark. A year later, in December of 1986, Dr. Ismaj was invited by Professor Branemark to present cases that he had done during that year in his original office in Chula Vista, California. Dr. Ismaj also rehabilitated the first ever case with full implants in Chula Vista, in 1986. Since then, he has rebuilt over 5,000 implants for patients, and has given numerous implant seminars. He speaks fluent English and Spanish. He is available to offer patients complimentary consultations in order to create beautiful smiles for you and your family.
